PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Hartford on August 9, 2022, a public hearing will be held by said Town Board on September 13, 2022 at 7:10 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Hartford, 165 County Route 23, Hartford, New York, to discuss the mobile home application of Ray & Sharon Chapin. Applicant proposes to place the mobile home on Chapin Farm Lane in the Town of Hartford.

SEEKING APPLICATIONS FROM NOT FOR PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGINATIONS THAT RESIDE IN THE TOWNSHIP, PROVIDE A BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY, AND HAVE HAD A NEGATIVE ECONOMIC IMPACT ON THEIR FUNDRAISING DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Hartford is seeking applications from Not for Profit 501(c)(3) organizations that reside in the Township, provide a benefit to the community, and have had a negative economic impact on their fundraising due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Applications to be considered as recipients for the Town of Hartford ARPA funding, which is designed to help make up fundraising shortfalls due to the COVID-19 pandemic must provide; IRS Determination Letter that shows proof of current IRS 501-C-3 status, and revenue fundraising losses incurred from 3/4/21 through 3/4/22 with substantiating documentation validating these losses so that the Town may consider the degree and scope of funding, if any, may be provided to recipients. Applications shall be reasonably proportional to the harm identified and reasonably designed to benefit those 501(c)(3) that were impacted.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE any applicants may submit request and supporting documentation to the Hartford Town Clerk, PO Box 214, Hartford NY 12838 by noon August 5, 2022 in order to be considered at the Tuesday, August 9, 2022 Town Board meeting.

Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for
examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish
the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll
of the Town of Hartford, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2022.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Town of Hartford, New York, is seeking written proposals for the following Public Works project to be performed at the Town of Hartford Town Hall located at 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York: Furnishing and installing commercial grade Ductless Mini Split Heat Pumps for heating and cooling.
All sealed bid proposals must be received by 12:00PM on May 6, 2022 at Hartford Town Hall, 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York or by mail to Town Clerk, PO Box 214, Hartford, NY 12838. All sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at Hartford Town Hall on May 6, 2022 at 12:00PM.
Specifications and details of the Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Town Clerk at the Hartford Town Hall and on the Town’s website at www.hartfordny.com.

NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT
TAKE NOTICE, that I, Denise L. Petteys, the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Hartford, County of Washington, State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of the 2022 Town and County taxes and I will attend at the Hartford Town Clerk’s Office, 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York 12838, from December 28, 2021 to the end of the collection period, except Sundays and holidays, normal business hours Tuesday 7:30a.m. to 5p.m., and Wednesday through Friday 7:30a.m. to 3p.m., for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on said roll.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before the 31st of January without penalty or interest. On all taxes received after such date there shall be added interest of one (1) percent if paid on or before the 28th day of February and an additional two (2) percent if paid on or before the 31st day of March, after which the unpaid taxes will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Washington in April 2022, pursuant to the provisions of law.
The failure of the property owner to receive a tax bill shall not in any way affect the validity of the taxes, of penalties or relieve the owner of tax obligation.
