Town of Hartford Planning Board Meeting
May 20, 2014

Chairman Swezey opened the meeting at 7:01p.m.
A motion was made by Moore, seconded by Combs to approve the minutes of April 22, 2014 meeting as submitted. The motion passed unanimously.
New Business:
Duane Burch Boundary Line Adjustment (Project #14-03)
Mr. Duane Burch appeared before the board to discuss his proposed boundary line adjustments prior to having an official plat prepared for presentation to the board. After the discussion, the board indicated it had no concerns with the adjustments as proposed and instructed Mr. Burch to return to the next Planning Board meeting with a finalized plat.
Old Business:
Rasweiler Property:
Mr. Fuller stated that he and Mr. Meyer had still not heard back from Mr. Winn regarding this property. A motion was made by Swezey, seconded by Combs to instruct the Mr. Fuller and Mr. Meyer to draft a letter to Mr. Winn to clarify the situation and ensure right of way for all lots under discussion that do not have frontage on Lindy Road. The motion was passed by unanimous roll call vote.

A motion was made by Combs, seconded by Goldstein to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
