Town of Hartford Planning Board Meeting
April 22, 2014

Members Absent:
Vice Chairman Burch opened the meeting at 7:00p.m.
A motion was made by Combs, seconded by Oreschnick to approve the minutes of March 25, 2014 meeting as submitted. The motion passed unanimously.
Old Business:
Thomas Burch Subdivision (Project #14-02)
A motion was made by Vice-Chairman Burch to open the public hearing on the Thomas Burch Subdivision (Project #14-02), seconded by Oreschnick at 7:04pm. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
There being no public comments, a motion was made by Vice-Chairman Burch, seconded by Oreschnick to close the public hearing at 7:06pm. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
Following completion of the Part II of the EAF as pursuant to SEQR regulations, a motion was made by Oreschnick, seconded by Combs to issue a negative declaration at the completion of the board’s SEQR review of the proposed subdivision. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
A motion was made by Vice-Chairman Burch, seconded by Gibson, to approve the minor subdivision and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to sign the presented mylar of the proposed subdivision. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
Rasweiler Property:
Mr. Meyer stated that he had not heard back from the Rasweiler’s attorney regarding the letter that had been sent previously. There was discussion regarding the status of the property and whether or not the Rasweilers can sell certain parcels described in the letter without Planning Board approval. It was decided that more information is needed from the Rasweiler’s attorney, and Mr. Meyer stated that he will attempt to contact the attorney and report back to the board at the next meeting with the information he is able to attain.
Code Enforcement:
Mr. Miller had nothing new to report to the Board.
Next Meeting Date:
As the next scheduled meeting of the Hartford Planning Board (Tuesday, May 27th) falls on the same day that the Town Assessor has grievance day scheduled at the Town Hall, an alternate meeting date is required. The board discussed potential alternate dates and decided that the next meeting of the Hartford Planning Board will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 in the Town Hall. The Clerk was instructed to notice this meeting change on the Town Website and with the appropriate media outlets.

A motion was made by Vice-Chairman Burch, seconded by Combs to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
