Communication: No progress from Code Enformaent on the Skeet Range complaint. Chairman Swezey instructed Code Enforcement to be prepaired to breif the Board on finding and progress.

Communication: Town Supervisor (Dana “Ted” Haff) addressed the issue of submitting an agenda to the Town Clerk for posting on the Town website

Motion: Have the Town Attorney write a draft to the local law to reflect the the increase the time frame from sixty (60) days to ninety (90) days for a subdivision for Town Board approval.
