PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Planning Board of the Town of Hartford on December 27, 2022, a public hearing will be held by said Planning Board on February 28, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Hartford, 165 Main Street, Hartford, New York, to discuss the application for subdivision submitted September 24, 2021 for the sale of property from Battease to Hoffer.
