NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND
VALUATION DATA
(Pursuant to section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for
examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish
the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll
of the Town of Hartford, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2022.
The information may be reviewed, by appointment in the Assessor’s office at
518-632-5259 in the Hartford Town Hall on
May 11, 9-1; May 14, 9-1, May 18, 9-1; & May 19, 4-8PM.
An appointment to review the assessment information may be made by telephoning
the assessor at 518-632-5259.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet at Hartford Town Hall on May 24 between the hours of 4-8PM

The Town of Hartford, New York, is seeking written proposals for the following Public Works project to be performed at the Town of Hartford Town Hall located at 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York: Furnishing and installing commercial grade Ductless Mini Split Heat Pumps for heating and cooling.
All sealed bid proposals must be received by 12:00PM on May 6, 2022 at Hartford Town Hall, 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York or by mail to Town Clerk, PO Box 214, Hartford, NY 12838. All sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at Hartford Town Hall on May 6, 2022 at 12:00PM.
Specifications and details of the Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Town Clerk at the Hartford Town Hall and on the Town’s website at www.hartfordny.com.
