PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Hartford on April 13, 2021, a public hearing will be held by said Town Board on May 11, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Hartford, 165 Hartford Main Street, Hartford, New York, to discuss the proposed Local Law Amending Chapter 130-7 of the Code of The Town of Hartford as it pertains to the Travel of all-terrain vehicles (“ATVs”) enacting certain modifications to foster the general public’s access to designated ATV trails over Town roads.
