Regular Meetings - regular meetings of the Hartford Town Board shall occur on the second business Tuesday of each month with the audit starting at 6:15pm unless otherwise designated. The purpose of these meetings is to make annual designations, appointments, hear public comment and to transact any other business that comes before the board.
Workshop Sessions & Special Meetings – these meetings of the Hartford Town Board shall occur as the Town Board feels the need for an in-depth review of Town Board matters.
All of the above meetings are open to the public except the portion of the meetings adjourned into executive session to discuss items outlined by the Open Meetings Law.
All meetings, other than the regularly scheduled monthly meeting, are posted by the Hartford Town Clerk and published in the local newspaper in advance as required by the NYS Open Meetings Law.
The Town Board encourages the public to attend all meetings. If you wish to be on the Town Board Agenda
for one of the Regular Town Board meetings please call (518) 632-9151 no later than Friday 3:00pm prior to said regular meeting.
Location of all meetings will occur in the Hartford Town Hall unless otherwise posted.
