PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Planning Board of the Town of Hartford on August 27, 2019 a public hearing will be held by said Planning Board on October 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Hartford, 165 Main Street, Hartford, New York, to discuss the appliction for the subdivision and creation of a Dollar General Store.
Application #19-4: The applicant Dollar General has applied for the subdivision of 1.16 acres from parcel 141.-1-36 to add to the .56 acres of parcel 141.-1-35, Located at 123 Rowe Hill Road, Hartford NY.
Town of Hartford, Washington County, Tax Map Number 141.-1-36 total 1.66-acres.
Upon approval of the subdivision, the public will be heard on matters associated with the constrution of the Dollar General facility at 123 Rowe Hill Road, Hartford, NY.
